The kiss of the sun on my cheek and
The sound of the birds so sweet,
Bring peace to my heart in my garden;
It's the place where my Lord and I meet.
The fragrance to God of our prayers,
Speak to me of His eternal love
As their perfume fills the air.
A lovely garden's a wonder that
Only a loving God could design.
If you want to find peace for your heart,
In a garden His presence you'll find.
To refresh your soul for the day
While flowers still bear morning dew,
Take a walk in a lovely garden
And God will walk with you
